This project was a true team effort, beginning with due diligence and site selection during lease negotiations, followed by design and construction execution. The 61,000-square-foot Customer Experience Center is the focal point of the project, featuring a life-sized aircraft fuselage, interactive product demonstration areas, multi-screen digital display walls, and a reconfigurable product showcase, providing airline clients with an immersive firsthand experience of Thales’ cutting-edge solutions. Designed to cater to global clientele, the space includes private conference rooms, a business center, a multicultural prayer room, and a high-end coffee bar, ensuring comfort and functionality for visiting vendors and customers. The campus-wide buildout also included high-tech electronic assembly and testing labs, a pilot production line, collaborative workspaces, and a full-service café with a professional kitchen and outdoor patio, fostering ingenuity, interaction, and innovation among Thales employees. Ware Malcomb’s in-house branding studio played an integral role in integrating Thales' corporate identity into the design, incorporating legacy in-flight entertainment components, brand colors, and a Southern California-inspired aesthetic to create a cohesive and dynamic work environment.
