Turelk worked in tandem with ADC to bring Subaru’s newly updated 17,500-square-foot workspace to life, seamlessly integrating brand identity, cutting-edge technology, and highly functional design. With over 1 million square feet of automotive projects completed in the last decade, Turelk has established itself as a trusted builder in the automotive industry, supporting Subaru’s operational growth and future innovation.

The workspace is designed to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and the employee experience, featuring a nature path lobby, conference facilities, a specialized clay modeling area, and a mezzanine level with additional workspace. A curved feature wall with an integrated 32’ x 9’ video screen serves as the focal point, allowing teams to view life-size vehicle comparisons and parking scenarios in real time. Natural light floods the space through a new roof opening, reinforcing Subaru’s connection to the outdoors and creating a more engaging work environment. This project required precise execution and coordination to balance privacy, security, and advanced technology integration, all while maintaining Subaru’s understated yet refined brand presence. The successful collaboration between Subaru, ADC, CBRE, and Turelk resulted in a high-performance automotive workspace that fosters innovation, enhances productivity, and reflects Subaru’s commitment to excellence.
